About the Position:
The Laguna Art Museum is poised for an exciting new chapter of growth and excellence, driven by a strategic vision to become both locally loved and nationally recognized. The Museum is seeking a passionate and motivated educator for the role of Education Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of programs for audiences of all ages. This role combines leadership in tour facilitation and public engagement with behind-the-scenes coordination of educational logistics, including scheduling, communication, and team support. The Education Specialist trains and collaborates with docents, staff, and volunteers to ensure museum quality and standards-based learning experiences both onsite and in the community. This position requires a flexible, creative educator who is passionate about museum education and committed to making the arts accessible and meaningful for diverse audiences.
