As a UC student, you are eligible to enroll and earn UC units in UC Davis Summer Abroad, Summer Abroad Internships, Virtual Summer Internships and Fall Quarter Abroad study abroad programs.
 
Enrollment opened January 11 for over 40 programs offered in 2023. Programs fill on a first-completed, first-reserved basis.

UC Davis Summer Abroad
Ecuador - Environmental Justice in Indigenous Ecuador
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with indigenous groups and see parts of Ecuador not available to traditional tourists. Upcoming Info Session: February 3, 12 p.m., Register on Zoom
 
France - Introduction to Biological Psychology
Apply principles of biology to the study of psychology, learning about the workings of the mind in humans and animals. Upcoming Info Session: February 2, 1 p.m., Register on Zoom
 
Italy - Science of the Mind – Limited Space Available
Study cognitive neuroscience through the internationally known Department of Psychology at the University of Bologna in Italy. Watch info session recording.
 
Thailand – Climate Resilience in Thailand (NEW)
Discover why Bangkok is considered “the Venice of the East” by exploring the significance of water in the culture, design and planning of this Southeast Asian mega-city. Watch info session recording.
 
Uganda – One Health Uganda (NEW)

UC Davis Summer Abroad Internships
Education Internships (Thailand)
Spend five weeks as a teacher’s assistant in a traditional Thai temple school in Chiang Mai in the north of Thailand.

Intern in New Zealand or Spain with an individually tailored placement to work toward your career goals in psychology and social services.

Gain work experience with this 8-week, project-based internship. Learn from and contribute to social projects and programs that benefit local communities.

UK – Political Science at the London School of Economics
Spend fall quarter studying in London, an ideal setting to focus on the politics and international relations of Britain and Western Europe.
